REcruiting for an ABA/PBS Tutor


Do you have a passion for music, health and well-being and exploring what London has to offer?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and active person to support a young man with a diagnosis of autism.

If you consider yourself to possess any of the following attributes/skills; THIS JOB IS FOR YOU!! 

  • Bubbly and lively personality.  
  • Awareness of popular culture, styles and trends. 
  • Willingness to partake in activities such as; trampolining, ice skating and swimming.
  • Interact in a fun, confident yet caring and age appropriate fashion. 
  • Understand and promote the importance of a young man accessing familiar activities/events in his local community as well as encountering new experiences. 
  • Advocate choice and work in a person centred fashion. Embrace advice and input from those who know the individual best. Working together will benefit the individual. 
  • Place the needs of the individual first. What is important to the person you are supporting? Ensure their dignity is respected and maintained at all times.
  • Ability to remain calm in situations when individuals we support display challenging behaviour. Your training, co-workers and resilience will help you through any potentially difficult times.
  • Recognise and positively reward (reinforce) appropriate interactions, communication and behaviour.
  • Be vigilant and aware of potential risks/hazards. For example, crossing roads or ingesting harmful substances.
  • You may be required to support individuals with personal and intimate care. For example, when using the toilet, eating and dressing.

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred however, full training would be provided. 

A full, clean UK driving license is a huge bonus.

If you are a tutor looking for work, then keep reading.

We maintain a list of tutors and their availability for any families that require tutors, and offer short term contracts as they become available. We provide BCBA supervision for tutors on our home programs.

Whether you are a very experienced tutor, senior tutor, or just starting out we would love for you to contact us with some basic details. 

In order to be included on our register, please send us an email to with the following information:

  • Full Name and contact details 
  • C.V. Of experience, including at least two references
  • Educational Background
  • Your DBS number 
  • Availability - e.g, only available Monday 9-1  or Monday through to Friday 9-5
  • Areas of the country and county you work within

As programs become available we will contact you to check if you would be interested in working with our families
